Template License Agreement

1. Grant of license

Upon successful payment, MavlenLabs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the Template for the purposes permitted under Section 2 below.

This is a license, not a sale of intellectual property. MavlenLabs retains all rights, title, and ownership of the Template, including copyright, design, and underlying code structure.

2. What you CAN do

You may:

• Use the Template for your own personal projects
• Use the Template for a single end-client project (one client, one project, one deployed instance)
• Modify, customize, edit, and adapt the Template to fit your needs (text, colors, images, layout, code)
• Use the Template for commercial projects, including websites and apps that generate revenue
• Combine the Template with your own work or other compatible licensed assets

3. What you CANNOT do

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Template files in original or modified form
• Upload the Template to any marketplace, repository, or file-sharing service (free or paid)
• Use the Template to create a competing template product
• Use the Template across multiple unrelated client projects under a single license (purchase one license per project, or contact us about extended licensing)
• Claim authorship or ownership of the Template itself
• Remove or modify any copyright notices, attributions, or license information embedded in the Template (unless an extended license is purchased - see Section 5)

4. Single-project rule

Each Template purchase covers one project for one end-client. If you are an agency, freelancer, or developer building multiple client projects, you must purchase one license per client project.

5. Extended licensing

If you wish to use a Template in ways not covered by the standard license - such as building a SaaS product based on the Template, white-labeling it, or removing attribution - please contact us at hello@mavlenlabs.com to discuss extended licensing terms and pricing.

6. Third-party assets

Templates may include third-party assets such as:

• Stock images or icons (used under their respective licenses)
• Open-source libraries and frameworks
• Demo content (lorem ipsum text, placeholder images)

Demo and placeholder content is for preview purposes only and must be replaced before deploying the Template publicly. You are responsible for replacing any demo content and respecting the licenses of any third-party assets.

7. Updates and support

Template purchases include:

• Free bug fixes and minor updates for 6 months from purchase date (delivered via email or download link)
• Documentation and setup instructions

Template purchases do NOT include:

• Custom modifications or design changes
• Integration with third-party tools beyond what is documented
• Hosting, deployment, or technical setup on your servers
• Ongoing support beyond bug fixes

8. Refunds

Templates are non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy at mavlenlabs.com/refund. Previews are available on each Template page so you can evaluate before purchase.

9. Intellectual property

MavlenLabs owns all intellectual property rights in the Template, including:

• The original design and visual style
• The code structure and architecture
• Any unique components, animations, or features

Your purchase grants usage rights as described in this License. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying Template itself.

You retain full ownership of:

• Any content, images, or text you add to the Template
• Customizations and modifications you make
• The final website or app you build using the Template

10. Liability

Templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MavlenLabs is not liable for:

• Compatibility issues with third-party tools, plugins, or hosting platforms we have not certified
• Loss of data or business resulting from use of the Template
• Modifications you make to the Template
• Use of the Template in violation of this License

Our total liability for any claim related to a Template is limited to the amount you paid for that Template.

11. Termination

This License remains in effect for as long as you comply with its terms. MavlenLabs may terminate the License immediately if you breach any term, in which case you must:

• Stop using the Template
• Delete all copies of the Template files in your possession
• Take down any deployed projects using the Template (if instructed in writing)

12. Future marketplace

MavlenLabs may, in the future, expand into a marketplace where third-party creators sell templates through our platform. When that happens, separate terms will apply to those third-party templates. This License covers only Templates published directly by MavlenLabs.

13. Governing law

This License is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.

14. Changes to this license

We may update this License from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. The License in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
